As mum from my personal example I can say that the body transformation after pregnancy is a very serious problem, because if You don't work on it after the baby birth, You start hate your body, moreover get shamed to show it even to your lovely person. So You can deal with the problem in two ways: either hide it under bigger clothes and forget about it, by lying to yourself or to start planning your workouts routine. Moreover you can do your workouts with your baby, there are plenty exercises, which allow you to integrate the baby too.

Here are the basic rules that we put together with experts specifically for young mothers:

· First, understand that to lose weight quickly after giving birth just impossible. Pregnancy brings to the body a lot of stress starting with the lack of vitamins and minerals and ending with the hormonal changes . The recovery period after birth will take at least nine months. Fast weight loss at this time is not only unlikely but also very harmful. You can disrupt absorption and have problems with the health.

· The second rule of fitness after childbirth is to do exercises gradually. Do not try to find the immediate return to physical activities that have been familiar to you before pregnancy. For the start just walk with the baby in the fresh air. Start your workout with 20 minutes a day , then gradually add movement and exercises.

Whatever you do just remember that you are awesome with belly or not, because you are Mom and You gave a life to someone, a very special one.
